Derby Races

Well, today was the Derby Races at Prince "A" 's Awana's program. Last year he won 3rd Place overall. Today, he didn't do as well. He won 2nd place in his divsion. He was happy. He got a trophy.

My other 3 kids (Prince J and R and Princess) raced Hot Wheel Cars. They didn't win either, but they all got prizes. They all had a great time!!! I have pictures that I will put up later.

It has been raining here all day. I am getting tired of the rain. It is really cold too. Thankfully, my neighbor took my older 2 boys to school and my friend picked them up so I didn't have to get the younger two out of the house. I really appreciate all they do for us. They are such great friends!!

Not much else going on. We had a really busy day yesterday. Princess had an ARD meeting for her speech therapy. They don't want to put her in any thing because she scored too high on their test. I am really upset, because I know she still needs help. But they said I can have her tested again in 6 months. But until then she will be getting no extra help beside what we can do to help her ourself. Thankfully our ECI friend Mrs. T that comes to work with Prince "S" is really helping us out. She gives me allot of support and ideas to help her.

Then we had Prince "S" ECI appointment that morning as well. That night we had a Reading Info thing at Prince "A" school and then Open House for both Prince "A" and Prince "J". That was allot night. Then Hubby took Prince "A" to the church to finish the Derby Car. And my mom and I took the other kids home. They got a shower and a very late dinner. We got caught in the lovely rain on the way home last night as well.

As of right now, there is no end in sight of the rain. Last week and early this week we had allot of really nice weather!! And we got to play outside a bit too. But right now it is too cold and too wet outside...
